Yes, we provide our HR Healthcheck as a stand alone service. For many businesses it confirms that everything is OK and gives them that added peace of mind. If there’s something that needs addressing we can help, or you can sort it yourselves in-house. The choice is yours.

We are also often brought in to manage or support more difficult projects such as redundancies where we can provide an independent, impartial view to decision making. We have also found that employees often feel more comfortable talking openly to someone not emotionally invested in the business or outcome.
The way that we use DISC profiling within your business will very much depend on what outcomes you are looking to achieve and we will discuss that with you beforehand.
Generally however, the process works along the following lines:
- Each individual completes a DISC profile.
- They receive a personal report which gives them an assessment of their behavioural style along with information about all of the different styles.
- There is a follow up conversation with us to discuss the results and provide support in using them to effect change.
